Most Inclusive, unlimited, all-access option for those in need of help from day one to the Honeymoon.  For the couple who wants to hand over the reins and sit back and relax.  Complete event planning, design and everything in between!

 

Included Services Are:

​

• Scheduling and attending all professional meetings

• Assist with creating and managing the budget

• Creating a theme from the Save-the-Dates to Wedding Exit

• Develop a décor strategy

• Managing and executing the timeline of wedding day

• Coordinating set up and tear down of wedding

• Initial meeting to talk about ideas, dreams, needs and budget

• Follow up meeting with inspiration boards based on clients ideas and budget

• Review and begin to compile guest lists and attendants/wedding party

• Help select wedding date

• Visit and Tour ceremony and reception sites 

• Design and Styling—can include wardrobe selection, floral arrangements, menu creation, ceremony and reception décor, establish a theme or an overall ‘look and feel’ that the client is hoping to achieve, lighting, place settings, tablescapes, invites, favors and more.

• Assist with referring vendors and securing the proper vendor to help meet wedding vision. 

• Optional program and escort card design

• Manage guest list and RSVP’s with a shared database with the client

• 30 Day’s Prior—meet and collect vendor info, copies of contracts, review wedding timeline and run through the day of events

• 7-10 Day’s Prior—Will contact and confirm with all vendors for the day of event, verify payments due, drop off any final payments and give itinerary’s to vendors

• Attend and assist with the wedding rehearsal

• Distribute wedding itinerary to wedding party

• Wedding Day---being on site to execute all plans and details in accordance with the clients wishes;  greet deliveries at both the reception and ceremony;  Supervise and assist with all set up of décor, distribute final payments, arrange for end of event details, left over cake, rental items, etc.

Month of Coordination (30 Day Planner + Day of Coordinator)

Month of Services!!  Minderella will take your itinerary, oversee vendors and make sure your day is ran perfectly smooth as possible, just the way you planned it! This is perfect for anyone planning their own wedding and just needs someone the day of to direct the entire event and be that point of contact person for your vendors so you and family and friends can enjoy your day!  Includes Set up and Tear Down Services!!

• 2 Pre wedding meetings, usually 30-60 days prior and again 7-14 days prior.

• Review all contracts

• Confirms date/time of arrival for all vendors

• Coordinates set up and tear down

• Manages the timeline of the wedding

• Creates and prints itinerary for wedding party and all others directly involved

• Works with vendors to manage behind the scenes

• Point of contact for rehearsal and ceremony to make sure plans are executed timely and correctly

• Ensuring vendors are set up timely and everyone in the wedding party is where they need to be

• Distribute any final payments to vendors  and/or tipping
